Natalie & Matt’s Wedding in Rutland

Natalie and Matt chose lovely Egleton Church near Oakham in Rutland for their wedding ceremony.  I love Rutland weddings, for me it’s a short drive to a very beautiful area.  Rutland is the smallest county in England and is very picturesque.  The happy couple had a wonderful day, the weather was perfect for them.

The day started when I joined Natalie and the girls in their preparations at her sister’s home in Oakham before leaving to join Matt at Egleton Church, close to Rutland water.

Natalie, her Dad and bridesmaids Willow, Poppy & Fern arrived on time at Egleton Church in a vintage VW bus.

After their marriage ceremony, Natalie & Matt left Egleton in the VW bus for their laid-back reception at The Falcon at Uppingham.  This is a fantastic old coaching inn and a super choice of venue.  The whole day was very relaxed and it was a pleasure for me to attend as Matt and Natalie’s wedding photographer.  A lovely day with a super couple!

Karl and Hayley’s Wedding at Prestwold Hall

Karl & Hayley’s wedding ceremony took place in Leicestershire on Saturday 5th June at St Andrew’s Church, Prestwold.  Their reception followed at neighboring Prestwold Hall.  Both are beautiful venues and unique in being in such close proximity to each other.  The event at Prestwold Hall was overseen by Nici Wood with her customary calm expertise to ensure that the couple and their guests had a truly wonderful day.

Karl and Hayley commissioned me to photograph their wedding over a year ago.  From the outset, they wanted to have all of their high resolution wedding images on disk before choosing to have a wedding album (please see here for further details). The couple could not have wished for better weather, it was a beautiful day in every way and I was privileged to attend as their wedding photographer.

With plenty of activity going on around them at St Andrew’s and Prestwold Hall, Karl & Hayley have over 460 high resolution image files on their wedding disk to provide them with a versatile and lasting record of their special day.

Claire & Ed’s Pre-Wedding Photoshoot, Sketchley Grange

Sketchley Grange Hotel near Hinckley in Leicestershire is the venue that Ed & Claire have chosen for their reception after their wedding ceremony at Gilmorton Church.  Their wedding is set to be a super day.  Claire is a wedding photographer’s dream!  Witty, warm, relaxed in front of the camera, gorgeous and intent on having a great time on her wedding day. Ed, you are a lucky man and so am I. Can’t wait for the 8th!

Neil and Rebecca at Prestwold Hall, Leicestershire

Neil & Rebecca chose beautiful Prestwold Hall on the border of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire for their intimate civil ceremony and reception.  What a lovely wedding and what a venue!  Prestwold Hall is one of the most exclusive wedding venues in Leicestershire and I am very proud to be associated with Prestwold Hall as a recommended photographer.

The happy, fun-loving couple had a wonderful day, with a glorious sunset to take advantage of to finish a very nice set of images for their album.

High Resolution Wedding Photos on Disk

We are often asked by couples if it is possible to have their wedding photographs on disk.

Of course you can, it’s your wedding!
There are many reasons why couples want to own their digital wedding photographs. Some don’t want a large album,  others prefer to source their own wedding albums and undertake the design themselves to create a truly bespoke and personalised record of their wedding day. Many simply want the security of having unlimited control of their images as well as the freedom to produce their own web galleries, slideshows, prints and storybooks.

Whatever the reason, Steve Walton Photography Ltd is perfectly happy to supply high resolution jpeg files on disk for personal use, either as part of the main album package or in lieu of a wedding album.  You will be provided with a limited use personal license which allows you to use the digital files as you wish. The only restriction is that the images must not be used commercially or to promote other products or services.

All files are prepared to the highest exacting professional standards as you would expect from Steve Walton. Your wedding images are captured with Nikon high-end professional full-frame digital cameras and professional quality Nikkor lenses. It does not get any better than that in professional wedding photography!

Your wedding photographs are processed in exactly the same way as all of Steve’s wedding and fine art photographs and are identical to the files Steve uses to produce his storybook albums, fine art album prints, large canvasses and other products.
